Welcome to Colwood Elementary School's Website. The school is located in the City of Colwood just outside the City of Victoria. Colwood School is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 elementary school with a current enrolment of 190 students. We presently have a staff of 12 teachers, 6 support staff and 2 administrators. We follow the curriculum as prescribed by the British Columbia Ministry of Education.
The Colwood Staff is committed to providing a safe and nurturing school environment that meets the educational, social and emotional needs of our students. The staff and parents work co-operatively and enthusiastically to provide the very best learning opportunities for the students.
We are privileged to have an active and supportive Parent Advisory Council. We encourage parents to get involved with the school community and with the education of their children. It is important for children to see that the home and school support each other; together we can make a difference.

| Kindergarten Registration Kindergarten registration will take place from February 1-5 at Colwood Elementary School. The office will be open from 8 - 3:00 all week. Families are required to bring proof of residency as well as your child's birth certificate with you. You are welcome to either print off the registration form and complete it prior to coming in or we will have blank registration forms to complete at the school. We look forward to seeing you soon.

| Colwood night at the Grizzlies Come on out and join us for a great night of BCJHL hockey action and help out the school at the same time. Feb 20th is the final regular season game for the Grizzlies and we are selling tickets for this exciting event at the school. Do not miss out on this great event.
